We are a wood fired pizza concession and catering business. We have been in business for 6 years.

We have a portable oven that we move around the south central Ontario to bring wood fired pizza to you at your location. We do festivals and events all summer long.

We also do private parties from pool

parties to weddings for groups from small and intimate to 250 guests.

Our oven is a true wood fired oven built by Forno Bravo Ovens in California and mounted on a trailer and custom finshed for us by The Fire Within in Colorado.

Our oven operates at a temperature of about 1400 deg F which allows us to cook our pizza in 90 seconds. We have cooked pizza for 200 people in less than 1 hour.
